Zach Beck joined The Beck Law Firm, LLC/Peach State Wills & Trusts in January 2023 and is focused on estate and business planning matters, and probate. He was drawn to estate and business planning because he understands that anybody can be impacted by a planning situation – whether it's their own estate plan or someone else's - and knows that by creating custom solutions for clients, he can help people, including business owners, prepare for those “what-if” situations.  He enjoys working with clients to give them the confidence and peace of mind that they have a plan in place to protect their loved ones and themselves, and for business owners, their companies, too. 

Zach is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is licensed to practice in all state courts in Georgia, as well as the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Georgia. He earned an undergraduate degree in business administration at the University of Georgia, magna cum laude, and later earned his law degree at Georgia State University College of Law, J.D., magna cum laude.

Zach married in December 2023, and he and his wife now live in the Decatur area. For fun he enjoys traveling to new places with his loved ones and exploring new restaurants around the Atlanta area. A memorable trip was his honeymoon in Iceland. Another of his favorite places to visit was London because he loved being surrounded by history and got to explore the beautiful city while it was decorated for the holidays. Zach also enjoys running in races; he has ran the Atlanta Ten-Miler, the Athens Half-Marathon, and has frequently completed the Peachtree Road Race on July 4th and recently ran the inaugural Polar Opposite Peachtree in January 2025.
