Where do I store my Will in Georgia?

Posted by Joel Beck | Jan 20, 2017 | 0 Comments

You've done your estate planning. Congratulations! And now, a common question you may have is this: “Where do I store my Will? That's a good question. In the short video below, attorney Joel Beck shares his general answer to that question.

Two key factors to consider in answering this question are safety and access. In terms of safety, you want to store your Will in a safe, secure location that will be protected from damage caused by fire, water and smoke, and protected from theft. In terms of access, you want to make sure that the right person (or people) can access the Will at the right time. So, making sure that key people know where your documents are, and how to access them, is important.

If you've got questions about your estate planning, or need to speak with someone about doing your planning, we invite you to contact us at The Beck Law Firm, LLC. We'd be happy to speak with you and see if we can be of assistance.
